WHAT: Locally-based Control Devices, LLC is bolstering its workforce and increasing its capacity to engineer and assemble flow control solutions in St. Louis and ship to customers worldwide.
The company will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new headquarters and make several announcements, including: the creation of solid, middle class jobs; the re-shoring of jobs from overseas; and the relocation of a product manufacturing facility from Knoxville to St. Louis. Control Devices' new, 100,000-square-foot building accommodates its steady growth and recent acquisitions, while consolidating three current locations into one in Fenton, an area hit hard by the Chrysler layoffs.
Control Devices manufactures a variety of flow control valves, power washer nozzles and fire suppression valves used in commercial applications.
