Responsible for performing professional level administrative work within the Business Finance Division. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): providing administrative support to a professional team of seven (7); reviewing confidential information; analysis and interpretation of policies, procedures, fiscal information, and statistical data for reports to management; and assisting with marketing and public relations projects.
Request for Applications- Promise Zone Catalyst
The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership issues this Request for Applications (the "Request") to select a highly-motivated individual to be the "Promise Zone Catalyst." This is a paid contract position for approximately 20-30 hours per week. The Promise Zone Catalyst will report to the Lead Catalyst and with direction from the Promise Zone Director, will be responsible for strategic, relational, and operational activities at the intersection of Forward Through Ferguson and the Promise Zone. This position requires a thorough knowledge of the landscape and stakeholders within the geographic area of the Promise Zone, preferably through past work experience.

Responsibilities include plan public relations, internal communications, speech writing, development of talking points papers and briefing books on economic development projects.
This individual must be an exceptional writer and communicator and possess a strong working knowledge of new media. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of economic development, shaping the way key audiences view St. Louis.
This position will direct report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
