The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership maintains an ongoing list of projects where consulting and professional service organizations can submit their RFPs (Request for Proposals).  Companies/organizations can also submit their RFQs (Request for Qualifications) to the SLEDP, based on specific criteria.

Land Available - 1335 Ogden Avenue in Wellston, MO

The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the County of St. Louis (the “LCRA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified property developers to purchase and redevelop real property located at 1335 Ogden Avenue in Wellston, MO, 63133.  

The property, which contains approximately 28.33 acres between St. Charles Rock Road and Page Avenue, is near the Wellston Metrolink station, Interstate 170 and Interstate 70.

Strategic Consulting Services in Connection with Standing-up the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center

The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (SLEDP) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design the organizational structure to stand-up an Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center to promote advanced manufacturing throughout the St. Louis region.
